Quote to Consider:

A. A. Van Ruler: “When a man does take account of evil, when he does hide it in his memory, it is because he intends one day to recall it. He puts it away because he has plans for it. He waits only for the right occasion. When the occasion arises, the old evil long hidden is brought up as ground for an accusation against his neighbour or for use as an instrument of revenge against him. Thus, he thinks, he can bring the accounts to order. He will be even” (The Greatest of These is Love, p. 55).

Encouraging Quotes:

“I have had a look at your website. It looks like a very useful resource that I hope to make much use of in the future.” – Hampshire, England

“I find all your preaching I have heard so far very informative, encouraging and uplifting, especially on subjects such as church discipline, new birth, millennium and marriage … I am currently halfway through the book Better to Marry and I must say it is excellent reading. It is clearly and thoroughly presented … I especially appreciate the contrasting of the biblical viewpoint with official teachings of Roman Catholicism. This book gives a clear godly perspective and I definitely want to read more books like this from the same author.” – Slovakia

“Just a note to thank you for [The Momentous Event], which has arrived safely. I’ve added it to my ‘to-read’ stack … I’ve had a look around your web site. Like most bookshops, I could easily spend too much time just browsing around. Thanks also for the bookstore catalogue … I’ve had a look around the pamphlets section on-line, and saved a few articles to read up … Would it be possible for me to have a copy of What It Means to Be Reformed and What is the Reformed Faith?” – Cornwall, England

“What a joy it is to us to be hearing these sermons. We are listening our way through them and they are such a great blessing to us. Praise to God for His gift of the truth being preached in Northern Ireland, not only, but that we here in NZ can also benefit from this, as from our regular taped services from Hope PRC in Grand Rapids.” – New Zealand

“No speaker that I have heard could better Professor Hanko … it’s just that the texts are fascinating …” – Co. Armagh, N. Ireland

“Rev. Stewart sent the series on Christian Singleness & Marriage. I note from the cassettes that the charge is £10 but I have already forgotten what the postage was and, as in any case I receive the Covenant Reformed News and am conscious that I ought to made a contribution towards it … With Christian greetings.” – Suffolk, England

“I am glad to hear your bookstore is receiving a lot of orders! Your suggestion of sending Upon This Rock to me direct from the U.S. is fine with me. I look forward to receiving the common grace book from you first.” – Glasgow, Scotland

“Still receiving much blessing from the tapes on Romans 9.” – Lancashire, England

“I’ve learned so much from your website this past period of time (I do not remember exactly when I started to read and listen but it’s not that long ago) and grown so much in faith and knowledge that I yesterday for the first time in a very long time enjoyed the Sunday. The past year I hated Sundays—they reminded me in an awful painful way of my loneliness and churchlessness … But yesterday for the first time I’ve enjoyed the Sunday and considered the day to be too short to read and hear all that I’d like to listen to and read. For the first time I see clearly what a blessing it is that God has revealed the truth for me …” – Sweden

“We have just finished listening to the sermon series on Pastors, Gifts of the Ascended Christ and have moved on to Christ’s Kingdom Not of This World. Thanks for the Psalters, they are very much appreciated. Greetings to all in the CPRF.” – Limerick, ROI

“I saw the reference in Evangelicals Now which arrived today! … It is very good of you to send something free. I shall have a good look at your website in due course. It looks very helpful and interesting. Very many thanks.” – Avon, England

“Great to listen to your sermons. Found them yesterday. Have listened to two of them today. Nothing can replace the Word.” – Norway

The Momentous Event has been one of the most influential books in our Christian lives. I have lost count of the number of copies we have lent out (most of which have not been returned!). I now have only 1 very old battered copy left and have been unable to obtain others. If possible could I have four copies …” – Borders, Scotland

“Your monthly Covenant Reformed News is both inspirational and entertaining. I would like to receive the News [by e-mail].” – Kenya

“Thank you for the Psalm CD. Could I have one more please? Could I also request the audio sermon … I would like to receive the Covenant Reformed News … Every blessing in Christ. Sincerely with much thanks.” – Durham, England

“I am most grateful for the copy of your article on John of Damascus. The faculty member who requested it was very anxious to get it. He was using it as part of his thesis paper …” – Illinois, USA

“I’ve heard #1 [in the Abraham series] now and I’m glad I waited for it before going on in the series. Rev. Stewart’s introduction setting out the scriptural and the contemporary relevance of Abraham adds value to the whole study.” – New Zealand
