PRC News: Immanuel PRC (Lacombe, AB) called Candidate Matt Kortus. Rev. Huizinga accepted the call to be professor at the PR Seminary and preaches his farewell today; Redlands PRC will call from a trio of Candidates Kortus and Maatman, and Rev. Mahtani. Southeast PRC has formed a trio of Rev. Mahtani, and Candidates Kortus and Maatman. Grandville PRC called Rev. J. Engelsma to be minister-on-loan to the CERC (Singapore).

On Wednesday, 31 July, Prof. Cammenga, Rev. R. Kleyn and Rev. Griess (as well as the Bartolons) will travel to Mexico for a two-week visit, including conferences at the Lluvias de Gracia Church (National Presbyterian Church) and the Juan Calvino Seminary (Independent Presbyterian Church), as well as speeches at the General Assembly of the NPC and among the IPC congregations in Chiapas. The men will also preach in these two denominations. Conference and speech topics include eschatology, training for office-bearers, women in office, the sacraments, the Synod of Dordt and a critique of Reformational Theology.

Philippines News: Bulacan PRC called Rev. Vernon Ibe to serve as PRCP missionary in the Protestant Reformed Fellowship in Albuera, Leyte.
