Quotes to Consider:
Matthew Henry on Jehoshaphat: ” … experience is … said to be the mistress of fools because those are fools that will not learn till they are taught by experience, and particularly till they are taught the danger of associating with wicked people … See how pernicious a thing it is to join in friendship and society with evil-doers. It is a hard matter to break off from it. A man may much better keep himself from being taken in the snare than recover himself out of it.”

Pittsburgh Mission: The business area where the Mission Office is located, had their annual “Light Up Night,” an evening when all the shops and restaurants light up and people are invited to come for different activities. The Mission decided to light as well by having a table with tapes and pamphlets, and an ongoing Bible Study & singing. Rev. Mahtani and Rev. Bruinsma shared in the teaching. The Word was spoken; some heard the Reformed Faith for the first time in their lives! Sixty visitors, who had never stepped into the mission office before, browsed, took pamphlets and tapes, some stayed to talk, and some joined the Bible Studies. What an open door to make the Reformed Faith known in the area! Let us rejoice and continue to pray for God’s grace and strength in this work.
