Quotes to Consider

Martin Luther on Galatians 3:10: “Whoever seeks righteousness by works denies God and makes himself God. He is an Antichrist because he ascribes to his own works the omnipotent capability of conquering sin, death, devil, hell, and the wrath of God. An Antichrist lays claim to the honor of Christ. He is an idolater of himself. The law-righteous person is the worst kind of infidel.”

Prof. Hanko on Galatians 3:12: “Faith is exactly the opposite of law. Faith does not operate on the principle of ‘doing’ or ‘working.’ Faith is exactly not a matter of working. There are those who claim that faith is a work of man, an activity of man’s own free will. In a subtle way they change the correct statement ‘Man is saved by faith alone’ to mean ‘Man is saved by the work of believing.’ This is an inexcusable corruption of biblical truth” (Justified Unto Liberty, p. 209).

Allow me to express my gratitude for your work of ministry. All the articles, audios, videos and books have enabled me to dwell on the beauty of our Lord more significantly. Grace and peace be with you.” – Scotland

“I watch many CPRC sermons live. In Pakistan, we have a lack of these things.” – Pakistan

“Thanks again for sending me this rich newsletter from the CPRC. I am sad I was not able to go to the BRF Conference, but it is a long way for me for I am an old man. I enjoy the fact that this gathering was a real success. Thanks to the Lord! Prof. Huizinga is a really good preacher.” – France

“Once again, after several years, this doctrine [of the free offer of the gospel] has come to my attention. I can only find one sound Protestant church’s website that deals in a thorough way with a strong rebuttal, the CPRC in Ballymena. Thanks for again providing me with grist for this mill.” – Hampshire, England

“Last Sunday was the first day I could see the preaching on-line on your YouTube channel. I also tried to join your Psalm-singing. It was great to get the whole worship service.” – Hungary

“This morning we listened to the message ‘Anathema Upon False Gospellers.’ How well timed it was. Just this past Saturday I ran into an individual who belongs to a group that holds to a faith plus works gospel, under the guise of ‘storing up treasures in heaven’ and they also hold to sinless perfection.” – California, USA

“I’ve just finished listening to the sermon on Colossians 3:16, which set out really well the case for the Psalms. Even those who take it as Psalms, hymns and songs in the contemporary sense still don’t make much use of the Psalms … I enjoyed part 1 of ‘The Unchangeable God’ in the News. It should be a good series!” – Co. Down

“I love the PRC and all their writings. I get the Standard Bearer which I love and wait for. I always say the PRC are eyes. They strike the heresies spot on. I love their books. Please add me to your e-mail list.” – India

“Thank you for all the good information on the CPRC website.” – Germany

“I found this website and was very struck by the Reformed faith. The writing on evangelism and Reformed faith struck me. I would like you to help me. How is it done to realize a missionary plan for the local church and not fall into the evangelical pragmatism of today? I want to lead the local church, as I have a missionary heart, but I would like to know how to do it.” – Mexico

“I got the books and the pamphlets and as I am going through them I find that they have good teachings and I was asking if someone can share with others. I feel it is worth it to share the good Word of our Lord Jesus Christ with the people around … I’m really thankful for the gift of spiritual books. I know that as I read and share with others we are not going to remain the same.” – Kenya
